Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to GPT Image 2, an AI image generation and editing platform available at gptimg.info and operated by Nano Banana. By accessing or using our service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree with any of these Terms, please do not use our service.

Use of the Service

GPT Image 2 provides an online workspace for generating and editing images using AI models. You agree to use the service in compliance with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws and regulations.

You must not use GPT Image 2 to:

Generate or distribute illegal, harmful, abusive, defamatory, or sexually explicit content
Infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party
Impersonate any person or entity
Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the platform's AI infrastructure
Circumvent any security, rate-limiting, or access-control mechanisms

User Accounts and Registration

Account Creation: To use the full features of GPT Image 2, you must create an account with a valid email address.
Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
Unauthorized Access: Notify us immediately at support@gptimg.info if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

Credits and Subscriptions

GPT Image 2 operates on a credit-based system. Credits are consumed when AI generation requests are processed.

Subscriptions grant a recurring credit allocation per billing period (monthly or yearly).
Credit Packs are one-time purchases valid for up to one year from the date of purchase.
Failed or errored generation requests are not charged.
Credits do not roll over between billing periods under subscription plans unless otherwise stated.

Pricing and Payments

All prices are displayed in USD and are subject to applicable taxes.
Payments are processed securely through our payment provider. We do not store payment card details.
Subscription prices may change with advance notice to users.
You authorize us to charge your selected payment method for recurring subscription fees.

Refund Policy

Subscriptions: Subscription fees are non-refundable once a billing period has started, except where required by applicable law. You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Credit Packs: One-time credit pack purchases are non-refundable after credits have been used. If you experience a technical issue preventing credit use, contact support@gptimg.info within 14 days of purchase.
Exceptions: If you are charged in error or experience a billing discrepancy, contact us within 30 days and we will investigate and resolve it promptly.
Refunds, where granted, are issued to the original payment method.

Generated Content and Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of images you generate using GPT Image 2, subject to compliance with these Terms.
You grant GPT Image 2 a limited, non-exclusive license to process your inputs (text prompts and uploaded reference images) solely to provide the service.
We do not claim ownership of your generated outputs.
You are responsible for ensuring that your use of generated content complies with applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. This includes not uploading reference images that you do not have rights to use.
GPT Image 2 platform code, AI models, interface, and underlying technology remain the intellectual property of Nano Banana / gptimg.info.

Commercial Use

Images generated through GPT Image 2 may be used for commercial purposes (advertising, product pages, social media, publishing, etc.) subject to the terms of your active plan. Verify commercial rights in your account plan details.

Privacy

Your use of GPT Image 2 is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or use the service in a way that harms other users or the platform. You may cancel your account at any time by contacting support@gptimg.info.

Disclaimer of Warranties

GPT Image 2 is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, or availability of the service, and disclaim all warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law. AI-generated outputs may contain errors or unintended content.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nano Banana / gptimg.info shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the service. Our total liability to you for any claims under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GPT Image 2, Nano Banana, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the service or violation of these Terms.
